All the information is in the Operator and or Service Manuals. If you can't find them in print look for them on-line or contact the dealers and speak to the Customer Service Rep, Alban, Giles & Ransom, Beckwith and Cleveland are very helpful.

There are two types of people in this world. One type doesn't want anybody else to learn anything so they think they look smarter. The true smarter ones want to teach all they can so there students or helpers can truly make them look smarter. Just my maybe not so humble opinion.

Your so called mentor doesn't have much to teach you because he doesn't know much himself. Secret keepers try to protect what little that they know about their craft so others are kept in the dark. You never learn more about a task than when you teach it to another or others. I know that sounds silly, but other older guys like myself will tell you the same thing. The key is be patient, humble, and willing to listen to others, but most of all leave your phone in your pocket ,and watch closely, paying close attention to what goes on. Lastly don't let this get to you, if you want to pursue this trade, it is open with opportunities because more are retiring or leaving the trade than are coming in. Smile and push on!
