Help Identify McKissick 4 sheave Block?

I cannot find info on Crosby/McKissick site. Info is worn off on block. Model / Capacity?

    What is the wire rope thickness?

    The sheaves are approximately 12" diameter and 2" wide.

    What is the radius of the grooves in the sheaves for wire rope?

    I'll check on that when I am back on site. If the sheave radius is 6", I'm guessing the groove radius is about 5". Thanks
