Hello, we have a Kubota SVL95-2S machine that is throwing a E9400 code on the display. When checking codes with Diagmaster the only present code is a P3019 -Initial Pump Calibration Incomplete. Machine did receive a rebuilt injection pump that was installed by the customer. Machine would not start and found he had the pump incorrectly timed. Timed pump to get machine to run and now have these codes. Tried performing pump calibration procedure several times and it has failed every one of them. Have read where some guys say that a desired fuel temp is required for this procedure but Diagmaster does not list that as a requirement like the Texa software does. Machine also has no throttle position reading/throttle response. Wondering if the E9400 is putting machine in a derate? Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated!
Update-Retimed the entire engine then timed the pump to it and that corrected the issue for anyone's future reference.
