I have a dozer blade and grapple for my 299D2. When I plug them into the aux hydraulic connections and use the roller switch on the right joystick, it slams the attachment. I have to barely move the switch to get it to move at a reasonable speed. Is there a way to slow the flow or reduce the pressure of the aux hydraulics for different attachments?

They make restrictor adapters that can be plumbed in line in the hydraulic hoses. They work well on attachments as most use double acting cylinders. They make different sizes depending on the 'speed' you want. You should be able to get them online or at a local hydraulic shop. https://ph.parker.com/us/en/product-list/orifice-fittings-orifice-fitting-1 FWIW, It's not a good idea to use these restrictors on truck style snow plows with single acting cylinders.
Did you find a way to slow this down? I have a 299d3 and just bought a grapple and it is doing the same thing it closes and opens way to fast
Install a pressure compensated flow control valve into one of the lines. These have a lever and you adjust the lever to where you want the speed without loss of power in the output of the valve. Make you three, or four stub hoses to couple and uncouple this valve into the system when needed, (if intermittent) or permanent if needed and go from there. Here is one such reference.
