I was an explorer type person during my kid days. This cleanup/ditch cleaning bucket was dominant among Case backhoes of K, L, and M models during that time. But... "PP" doesn't yield any results. If any of you recall who "PP" is, please let me know. This attachment is one of several relics from my past!
probably the makers mark of a local fabricator. you should try to figure out who the case dealer was back then, and see if anyone there remembers.
(painful whistle) This is gonna be like digging a gold needle out of a haystack.
PP chance it's the contractor. Gannon was the supplier for Case equipment & Gannon hoe buckets can be ordered with or without teeth.
No clue on PP but I feel sorry for those poor bastards that had to swap those pins out each time they swapped buckets and tamp.
Case K's & up factory qc rear hooks the back pin & it stays with the attachment only pull front bucket pin easy with bucket rolled back to sweet spot.
Got it. No experience with Case.
Case had a neat setup the late L's forward models had optional hydraulic front pin with the qc. Old ones were ductal iron same as the boom not good for heavy hammer use.
Hmmmmm... Nope, the ears on this bucket don't match.
