Good day The symptoms are that of one pump loss, as it is of an intermittent nature the probability is more likely one of the check valves which connect the main relief is passing fluid under pressure. Kind regards Uffex

Good day The thread you posted is much better in the excavator section of the forum as I believe you have a Sany 210 excavator. You can check this out without to much trouble - raise the boom if it slows pull the arm fully in and hold it at that position. If the boom speeds up that has confirmed the cause of the problem. Kind regards Uffex

Good day Sir As i interpreted from the post you are loosing power and speed on the boom the issue is intermittent also one crawler. Adding these events together appears to one pump dumping to tank. This can happen when the check valves that allow each pump to share the same main relief valve remains lodged open. You can confirm this sitting in the operators seat - raise the boom if its is slow fully stroke the arm cylinder if it recovers it will tell us it is the check valve. See attached Kind regards Uffex

Ok, the trouble not just the boom, its traction and boom down and bucket dig

Good day The recent post still can indicate a problem with the check valves, often the seat for the check valves is formed by the main body of the valve chest so be sure to check it also. Please try dead ending the arm, and see if the boom wworks OK. Kind regards Uffex
