Help with info on a Chinese tractor engine..

I was asked to locate information on a Shan dong 395,495 engine. I can't find much out on the web here is what was sent to me. The owner is looking for any info or even a manual or parts house that might be able to supply parts.

    Try Northern Tool, they sold the jinma tractor and may have info on that size engine

    Thanks guys I'm not sure the issues with it... No way was I going to find the info on google! Not sure I want to foot the call to china!
