Hey planning to build a house. =)

hello. im currently looking for a property here in norway thats huge and has lots of natuer in it. =) but i coud need some help whit finding the perfect excavator to use i wanna buy 1 JCM936 excavator. but i dont know if its eny good dosent find much info about it on the internett. excepte doe for the brands homepage here is the info i know about it.Imported original CUMMINS c8.3 engine, Tier 2 emission, energy saving and environmental friendly, adopt radial seal air cleaner and air pre-cleaner and large fuel prefiller, effectively extend the engine working time; equipped with the fuel filling pump and pressure transmitter, effectively improve the economical efficiency of the fuel.     I've never heard of them at all. Kind of looks like a cross between a volvo hitachi and Komatsu hoe. Biggest thing buying a piece of construction equipment is product support. If you can get parts to fix it when it breaks down its just a 20 ton paper weight.

    For what you need would renting be an option? Seems like a lot of cash outlay for a house prep.

    hey ther well the companye is chinese. ther homepage is http://www.chinesebulldozer.com/excavator.htm i took a directet link to ther excavator page. and i am planning on building on a large property thats gonna be 5 km long. so yea it will be an exspnesive project. the reason i woud need an excavator is cause part of the house is going to be underground.

    its not my companye and im askin for help for an excavator. i yust askes wat u think of it and if i shoud choose anhoter excavator type

    Like others have said availability of parts and factory/dealer service are very important to me at least. I think I would be looking at what ever the most common brands are for the type of equipment in your area. What do the construction people in your area use? A good used machine could be a better deal in the long run, something without a bunch of fancy electronic gizmos to act up.

    the 2 constructioen companyes strangeland and risa which is in norway are mostly using cat excavators and equipment but i dont like the designe on them and yes i have asked the website owner about how to get spare parts for it ower email mayby i shoud yust stick to the volvo constructioen equipment from sweden atleast il know swedish equipment works
