I am looking to upgrade my Kenworth Trucks from Sealed Beam Headlights to HID (High Intensity Discharge) Lights... My headlight system is a 4 bulb setup and I am looking for some help in getting it setup... Does anyone know how to do this or who to contact to do it properly... My headlamps just don't light up enough and the HID setup really does brighten up the roadway a lot better. Devin J. STatts

Do you know if the bulbs in your trucks are compatable with any automobile sealed beam bulbs? Are they round or square? Dimensions of the bulbs would help also. I found this site, Brightheadlights-HID.com . They have a variety of sealed beam uprgades. They are anywhere from $300 for the First Generation, all the way up to $1000 for some of the premium Second Generation. They are for standard automobiles though. If the bulbs in your trucks are compatable with automobile bulbs then this should make it alot easier to find some. I searched for some that are Kenworth specific but only came up with upgrades for lights in the newest trucks, upgrades from Halogen standard bulbs to HID. The sealed beam upgrades are going to be harder to find because they are not in demand as much. Another option would be to install some auxillary HIDs on the bumper. These would be plug-n-play in that you would not need to be application specific. It also opens up many other options as far as where you can get them.
