Just curious to see what th general consensus is on which speed most guys are using when they run a C939 when loading. I'm finding out that high works better for me when I'm up against the pile since it helps keep the tracks from spinning so easy. What are you guys using?
high or low using a higher gear to keep tracks from spinning one would need to watch converter temp. converter slipping generates a lot of heat.
By the way - It is a Hysat model!
high or low if it doesnt have a converter this old man doesnt have an answer
When in a hard push keep it in the low range,Light work & moving around high range. It dosent matter if it has a torque converter or if it's a hydrostat ,or gear tranny. The same rules apply.
