Hitachi 225lc-3

machine barely runs at high idle,replaced fuel filter, it also had a small prefilter in line before spin on replaced it.is there any inline fuel banjo filters at the fuel primer area on these. wondering if maybe the fuel primer which runs of cam is not putting enough fuel pressure to system. any ideas where to start thanks

    ZX225USLC-3 ? If so ,I believe there is an electric fuel pump in the area of the fuel filters. It has an internal strainer.

    it doesn't act like its a plugged fuel line it acts like the throttle is not working right anyone know how to check the electric fuel throttle

    In monitor “service mode“ you can check live data including the throttle control dial. DIAL ANGLE (Volt) SPECS . Low idle 0.56 volts Full throttle 4.41 volts . After that the ECU and HPCR fuel system take care of the rest. Any active service codes ? @John C. posted an informative ZX-3 monitor tutorial on YouTube.

    ok made it back to machine its not a -3 its just a 225uslc. when I grab the hard rod coming out of the step motor or actuator that is controlled by throttle it revs up slightly so its something in this or throttle in cab. anybody have a part number for the stepper motor, or any ideas what to check thanks

    Now we’re getting some where. The 2 screenshots below has info how to access the ZX-1 monitor service mode and the list of live data available. Item 16 is the throttle control dial angle. ZX225USLC DIAL ANGLE (Volt) SPEC , Minimum .44 v Maximum 4.19 v .

    ok made it back to machine, with just key on it said 8 0.4 machine running full throttle 8 4.3

    Whats the engine speed with the dial at full throttle ? You could try the engine learning procedure . See secreenshot below.
