My excavator doesnt start anymore. The fuse box was giving me trouble but i replaced it and now i dont hear the idle control motor kick on. If i pull the idle control arm it starts right up but wen i let it go it slowly shuts off. I am getting power to the motor but i cant figure out whats going on..anyone had a simular situation?
