Wondering if there are any hitachi mechanics out there have a ex120-2 keeps popping 1 amp pump controller fuse also burning up resistor in pump controller. have traced wiring harness and tested for shorts in all wires know to be involved with pump and have found nothing wondering if anybody has had similar problems or can help me troubleshoot this Thank you.

I forgot to ad that i had also replaced the angle sensor and still same problem

Hi, have you ever managed to sort this out? I have exactly the same problem, have changed basically all sensors (Angle-, DP-, N, .. also Pump Solenoids, checked harness,...), still after time, the resistor in the PVC gives indication that some component is gone again.. Does anyone know which components exactly die in the PVC controller? Appears to be always the same.
