330lc throttle issues Did the shaft turn on the stepper motor. Mine on 330 just makes a noise and doesn't turn and have 5ohms on between the coils. And I had 23 volts on pins and one have schematic of electrical to stepper

    Srry ment series 2 (two)

If it seems to be under heavy load right away then most likely your pumps are at full stroke, ie. the computer has no control over them due to some sort of problem. Now we need to find this problem. Have you checked the fuses for the computer? If they're good does the LED in the computer blink?

hi guys I have Hitachi Excavator ZX200-3 with engine Isuzu AH-4HK1 XY SA-01 ..... My question is where I can find the Engine Diagnosis connector location? I want to diagnosis the engine ECU

  9. #9Kjp2017-05-03 13:18

Yes they blink red four times there immediately and five times

  10. #10Kjp2017-05-03 14:00

    Yes red

*Try swapping the 2 pump solenoids .One strokes the pump and the other destrokes it.They are known to be a problem. Also check the wiring to them. They sit in a bad spot under the muffler and over time the wiring gets brittle and the insulation breaks and shorts.

Just one more thing to check: On the bottom of the pumps there is a 3" X 3" cover which can be turned 180 degrees to hold the pumps at 60%.(limp mode). If it was going to full swash then the engine would stall.

Red is the normal colour for the LED in there. What doesn't make sense to me is the 4 and 5 sequence you described. To get an error code on the LED you have to short circuit the DR. EX connector between pins 2 and 4 and then turn the power on, otherwise it will not give you any codes. Also, 45 is not a valid error code, they only go up as far as 32 according to my manual. When you changed fuses, did you put 1 amp fuses in to the PVC fuse slots? What happened on my machine was somebody put 3 amp fuses in there as 1 amp fuses are not as readily available. 3 amp fuses are too much amperage to protect your computer and on mine it completely fried it. Hopefully this didn't happen on yours!

Could it be two codes num 4 and five

  17. #17Kjp2017-05-06 07:00

No I replaced the one amp with a one amp

    It started flashing steady

It could be giving you codes 04 and 05, but in order for it to display fault codes you have to follow this procedure, it shouldn't give it to you right off the bat from what I read in my manuals... Fault code 04 is "Failure (type 4) of the EC" I have no idea what a type 4 failure is... Fault code 05 is "Signal from PVC not transmitted to EC" which basically means that the Engine Control computer and Pump Valve Controller aren't talking to each other... Here's the procedure it gives in the manual to retrieve trouble codes: ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1.How to confirm the fault codes To be able to do this, the LEDs of both PVC and EC must be flashing at one-second intervals (as carried out in inspection 1). To carry out the first confirmation of fault codes, follow the procedure below and memo the results. Remarks:Since PVC indicates the fault codes for EC at the same time, look only at LED of the PVC when you carry out the confirmation task. a.Make sure that the key switch is off. b.Short-circuit pins 2, 4 of the Dr. EX connector as shown in Fig. 1 by using either a plug or wiring. Remarks:Dr. EX connector for some machines is capped. Remove the cap before short-circuiting. c.Turn on the key switch or start the engine. <Fig. 1. Schematic drawing of Dr. EX connector> d.The PVC reads the fault code that is indicated by using the LED flash-method as shown in Fig. 2. <Fig. 2. Example of fault code indication on PVC by LED flashes> The fault code is indicated by flashing the double-digit number first, followed by the single-digit number. Double-digit figure is expressed by the appropriate number of flashes at one second intervals. The single-digit figure is then expressed by the appropriate number of flashes at 0.5 second intervals. The figure shown above exemplifies fault code 23. Two flashes at intervals of one second are made, followed by three flashes at intervals of 0.5 second. All pertinent fault codes are indicated, starting with the lowest number-codes. There is an interval of three seconds between one code and the next. When the last fault code is shown, the PVC returns to the first code and the entire process is repeated. e.Turn off the engine (the key switch is off), then remove the plug or wiring connected to the Dr. EX connector. -----------------------------------------------------------------------

One more thing, When you say everything went dead does that mean your machine quit moving altogether? Do any of the hydraulics work?
