Thats kind of an open ended question. How hot is it running? What is the outside temp? Does it heat up right away or only when you are working hard ? Lets look at the simple stuff first. Is the fan belt tight ? Is the radiator clean(inside and out) Is the air flow restricted? Are there bubbles in the coolant (head gasket) Is the coolant a 50-50 mix or straight anti freeze? 90% of service calls for over heating are caused by a rad plugged by dirt(poor air flow) and a loose fan belt. The other 10% are mechanical ( head gasket or bad hydraulic relief) Also check the rad cap is holding pressure and in a rare occurrence it could be a faulty coolant sensor.

It gets hot in about 30 minutes running time Rad clean out good inside and out. Water pump changed thermostat change. Could rad blade be on wrong? Could we have a hyl problem ? If you open rad door where hyl cooler and rad located it will not hold a peice of paper aganist cooler with engine running . I would think it would draw harder than that.

Yes, Yes, and yes it should hold a piece of paper up. Look at another engine to see what the fan should look like, if the fan is pulling through the radiator then the concave side of the blade (inside of the curve) should face away from the radiator. Did you remove the radiator and oil cooler to clean them? If not how do you know they're clean? It's hard to tell how clean they are without removing. Can try to look through with a light on the other side if your eyes are good. Can you use a temperature gun to tell the temp of the coolant going into the radiator and back to the engine? The hoses, OR a painted surface.

Rad was remove and sent to rad shop check over good You can seen water moving in rad for sum reason I think fan is not draw enought air thru rad I can find another machine in are aera I think my problem is in fan

You can compare it to a car or truck fan, same angle. Is the fan belt tight? worn? Pulleys worn?
