Need a big forklift, or some good lifting lugs if the threaded holes are still okay to bolt up to. Will be fairly heavy. Simon C

Threaded holes for lifting eyes in the top of the counterweight are M27 pitch 2.0 When going back together, retaining bolts torque is 794 ft/ lbs .

That one of those weird swing boom machines?

Just where in Hades, do you get 800 ft pounds without a big fat guy bouncing on a big long cheater pipe, or is this a torque multiplier job? My HF Earthquake might put out 550 with air pressure at the peak and a few drops of oil, on a 1/2” line.

One of the drive hoses blown between the centerjoint the manifold under the seat, easy access for routing without counterweight, its a good little machine but its up for sale as soon as back together.I have a buddy bringing his KW service truck to rattle out the bolts and lift it off,his capacity is 14000 so a piece of cake, its good to have friends.

1" drive Torque wrench if you have the room.

anyone have suggestion for what size fuse to run between battery and ignition, all wiring from fuseable link to battery gone, wire from battery to ignition switch is 10g

Couldn’t find any specs on the original fusible link part # 4191038 . The lowest slow blo fusible link Hitachi lists (with a replaceable fuse) is 40 Amp.
