Two pipes comes from signal control valve to hyd. pump regulator must show 40 bar pressure but are showing only 10 bar pressure where is the problem can any body help machine is working very slow
Is both pipes only showing 10 bar when raising the boom with full lever stroke? If so it sounds more like a pilot supply issue. Put a pressure gauge in line between the pilot filter head and the solenoid bank and check the pressure. With the safety lever in the unlock position you should have 40 bar at all times. Is the pilot filter ok? Work towards the pilot lock solenoid (Under the cab)and make sure you have 40 bar. if so, check after the solenoid in the pressure line before going to the travel pedals and control levers. Again there should be 40 bar at all times. In the signal control valve you have a pump 1 and a pump 2 flow rate control valve. These could be sticking but it's unlikely both would stick at the same time. Also, the signals going into the signal control valve comes from your levers and pedals. Again it would be unlikely these would all fail at the same time. That's why i would concentrate on the pilot supply circuit first.
