Hi All Would anyone have a hydraulic schematic for Hitachi zx130-6 , I have one here that is loading pump 1 intermittently when machine is left idle for maybe 30 seconds or that. It will even load it when dead man lever is down. Pump 1 control pressure rises to 3.9mpa when this happens . I have blanked off travel levers and breaker pedal and it still persists. Auto Idle also stops working when this happens and when you tough any lever the control pressure goes back to normal until you leave it idle again. The other thing I noticed is if you unplug the travel pilot pressure switch when this issue occurs the control pressure goes back to normal, travel pilot pressure switch is reading ok and I swapped it with the aux pressure switch just to be sure but it is still acting the same. Anyone come across this before of have any information on it??
Do all hydraulic functions work normally when this happens? Any engine stalling during specific functions? We need a Deere GOD in here! LOL
Machine is working 100 percent, its just no auto idle working and when you stop using machine for the 30 seconds or that you can hear the pump start to stroke up ( oil passing )
Is it going into a regen? The software will load pump 1 (control pressure will rise) during a regen. When you try to operate it cancels the regen. Try letting it run untouched when it is loaded to see if the regen completes.
Ok will try force a Regen on it and see does it solve it. Thanks
