Horton electric clutch fan $$$$$$ oh my

a friend of mine has a 2002 IH 4300 cargo truck with the DT466 motor in it. the electric clutch fan died and we phoned to get a new one. they want $1200.00 from the IH truck dealer and this does not include a kiss for some reason. is there any other place we can get one of these with out robbing he bank???
