Hello all - I have a Koehring 6620 LC-5 excavator in need of replacement bucket cylinder hoses. They are 1" hoses with 'French millimetric' fittings that are chamferred 24 degrees on the inside, are 39mm, and have a 1.5 thread pitch with a 30mm tube size. Any sources? Any and all advice would be most appreciated.

I have a 6620 LC-7 and have had several hoses made at NAPA for it. I am unsure if they are the same as yours however. Fastenal has metric hoses also. www.minnpar.com is the Koehring OEM parts source. You can also access their parts book online for your exact excavator. You will need your serial number to make sure you open the correct file for your particular machine.

After speaking with numerous hose makers in my area and even some national suppliers, we ended up cutting all the rubber off of the hose ends to leave just the fittings and then welded a male JIC fitting onto it so that JIC hoses can be used in the future. Thanks for all the ideas! It's good to be up and running again!!
