Anyone know offhand what model alternator is on the hough 90e #2094 International engine DT573 I know its a delco but not sure on any numbers. Or any other reason this machine won't charge. It is up in the pit and would like to bring new alternator with me and save a trip up there. Any help would be great. Thank You
Would like to help but that old of a machine may not be exactly a "virgin" if you know what I mean! Any chance there is someone up there with a cell phone who could snap a picture or two? A good electrical shop should be able to ID it. Does it have an exteranl or internal reg? Could just be a broken wire. Or even a bad ampmeter if the power goes through it on the way back to the batts.
