Hough International H-70 L60-70-80-90C 74621 Repacked both steering cylinders do to leaking. Steering is still very tight and slow. Have to bring the rpms up high and move the steering wheel slowly for it to fill like it has power assist. Any ideas on the proper way to check this problem out? Thanks for the help.
