How can I tell if a CAT excavator is a next gen machine? I have the serial number of CAT0336FLRKB10168. Also, What year is it?

Built February 2017. For that build year it don't think it will be a Next Gen.

@Nige is correct, not a NextGen machine. The NextGen machines look vastly different from the RKB 336F machines. Nothing is the same all the way down to the bucket teeth.
