I am new to a cat d4h, the rollers and idlers have small plastic plugs in the center, do you pull these plugs out or push them in to lube. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

those plastic plugs are stoppers for the rubber plugs. You shouldn't have to do anything with them, they are sealed/oiled, and I'm not sure if ones that small are even serviceable. You shouldn't need to mess with them unless they are leaking.
