how to unseize spindle

I have a steering spindle that will not turn The backhoe has been sitting quite some time .I removed the tie rod end and sprayed some penetrating fluid on it but I don't think that will even fizz on it .Wh:beatsmeat is the best way to procede here can't get any grease into it either thanks speedbuff

    spindle As stated, heat her up. Jack that side up and heat the upper and lower spindle (not the center section) Dont try to get it red hot, or you could mealt the bushings. Im not real sure how this is made up, but all Ive worked on, have been about the same. Is there a cap on the upper and lower spindles? Take them off, if the heat doesnt work and spray the area with PB Blaster (after the area cools down) let it set over night. After all this, will the spindle take grease? Try replacing the grease fitting, if that dont work, remove the grease fitting and take a small drill bit and drill down in the grease area, the grease could be hard Good Luck and keep us posted
