I got a d6c 10k holds up and down but the blade won’t hold straight any thoughts
Failed cylinder packing?
Ok was kinda thinking that thanks
Do you know how to confirm the fault?
No not really
On a cool morning, fire it up, don't use any functions till the engine is warm. Full throttle, pitch the blade left or right and continue to hold that function as if you were trying to get more out of it. Hold it for a minute or 2. Idle down and shut it down. Place your hand on the cylinder. If it's warmer than the blade, she's bypassing, if you're unsure you could feel the hoses are fittings, they might be hot, so be careful . We can guide you further but it requires a little more base knowledge and familiarity with what you're doing.
Ok I’ll try that thanks
Isn’t there a pressure relief for the angle circuit? So as not to damage it if the corner is caught something solid. Maybe it’s not acting correctly.
Good point, but that won't build heat in the cylinder , that would heat the port relief . We're sticking to simple for right now.
I will find that in my book thanks
