older case 95xt skid steer. been in the shop waiting to go to the "hotsy" washer pit. pulled it out and in just minutes the hydraulic oil was "boiling" out of reservoir fill tube. Oil level is pretty close to normal, filters not new but not that old, no hard load on system. has been fine just needed cleaned out and serviced. Any ideas where to start???
The descriptor "boiling" in just minutes isn't really possible with hydraulic oil with any hydraulic system, even a system that's completely out of whack. It's more likely the oil is becoming aggressively aeriated, gazillions of air bubbles in the oil, that can happen in a hydraulic system that's out of whack. Can you provide more info on what the machine is doing. We're the internet, we can't see your problem, you are our eyes.
