Hi , i have an 8000 hr terex 3 tonne excavator , variable pressure hydraulic pump. Once the oil is warm i can hear a wooshing sound in the valve block of what i assume to be oil passing a non closing valve /leaking valve . The machine functions ok but with reduced digout force .There is also a squeaking from the slew motor when this happens but not when the oil is cold . Question is ,is it the pump or a leaking valve ,any help most welcome.pump is a rexroth pump running off flywheel .
