does anyone know who makes or made hyster lowboy trailers? did they go out of business or get bought out by someone else? an internet search didnt turn up anything. any info is appreciated!
Etnyre Trailers bought Hyster back in 1989 I think. https://www.etnyre.com/customerservice.htm
Yes, Etnyre bought out Hyster back in 1989. They did so to get started in the lowboy manufacturing business, but are completely different from the old Hysters now. But if you ever need parts for an old Hyster you can give them a call and they should be able to manufacturer and sell you the parts. I am a dealer for Entyre and they are good people. Justin
