identity of block

Can anyone tell me the manufacturer of this block and possibly the tonnage. It carries 4-22" sheaves on a 3.500 shaft and the groove at the bottom is approx. the size of a quarter, not worn, probably uses 1" cable or maybe 1 1/8". I suspect it is foreign made can't find anything in the Crosby or McKissick catalog quite like it. Thanks to all

Thanks a million for the information, I'll call and ask them tomorrow what it is used for, I suspect oilfield or something similar.
