Gday all, does anyone have much of a problem breaking idler cap bolts on the large frame Cats. I seem to break the RH outer front ones the most. One idea I want to try is to machine up a bush to fill the void between where the thread ends and the cap starts as I have found that mine always breaks at the end of the thread. Is anyone having or had the same problem and what solutions has anyone found. Also if you are having problems what work are you doing with the machine? cheers.
