I have a recently acquired IH 3514 that needs new axle seals, gauges, and some power washing. It has a problem with hills though. It will get 10 ft into the slope and then the drive will whine and halt. If I fully depress the hydro pedal, it will have less power. The engine does not lose power. My plan of action is to drain the the hydraulic fluid and replace the two filters along with the axle seals. Any suggestions and wisdom is greatly desired and appreciated, thank you.
