Hey guys, I have a dilemma. I just had my property taxes raised to $16,000.00 a year,from $9,000/year because of an error by the town on an assessment for a power plant. I have a successful business in NY, and I'm located within 50 miles of 10,000,000 people. I do commercial and residential pressure washing and demolition work. The demo is taking off, the pressure washing is very established. I cannot afford a $6,000/month mortgage. I am looking to move to north/south carolina or virginia. Does anyone live around these areas that can give me a heads up about the economy down there? I would bring all my equipment with me. i would like to do both. :Banghead
