Ok so i have a komatsu d37-5P and I cann't get the injectors to come out. I have been using PB blaster and a 5 lbs. slide hammer and still nothing. Is there a trick to this or do I have to keep going the route with the slide hammer?
try aerokroil, much better than blaster, more expensive too orange can...i had a mechanic that once worked for me told me last week he could not get the injectors removed had to remove the head and beat them out from the inside then actually had to ream the holes in a milling machine to straighten them out.....hopefully you won't have to go that far......theironoracle
