Hello again folks! My D5G doesn't have the control for rear hydraulics. How hard would this be to install? I'm thinking about either installing a ripper or a winch.
well, I'd imagine its pilot over power? So you need to extend your main hydraulic line out back, then get spools and pilot lines for the functions you want to operate. Not difficult but will need some planning. You should be able to find some electrically piloted valves too.
There are kits sold at the dealer for that. Winches typically have their own set ups without having to install auxiliary hydraulics to run things.
