Backhoe will not swing, we changed with another function and it began to swing, but when started oil dumped out of both valve ports on the swing valve without moving lever. The spool doesn't feel broken, and relief valves appear to be in order. Trying to find a repair manual, seeing if y'all had any ideas?
Does spool move freely? I believe oil goes through proportional valve before control valve
