I am looking at purchasing an International 270A backhoe. I have several questions: Are parts readily available? Does anyone have a way to decode the serial number for me? Are there any common problems with thhis model that I should know about? What is the aproxamate value? The owner says it is a 1980. It has had the alternator replaced with a delco. The hour meter does not work. Has some leaks in the front bucket lift cylinders. Thanks, Bob
