Hi I just purchased a late 70s early 80s International H90E loader with the International V8 diesel engine, not sure where to find the motor info on the block there’s so much paint on it. It has air brakes which work. I just replaced the fuel filters and was able to get it back up and running, but it doesn’t seem to have any power, doesn’t want to move very well, also noticing a lot of moisture coming out of the valve cover breather tube. I checked the oil, doesn’t look like there’s any water in it. Going to change the oil and see if the moisture problem goes away. Any suggestions on why this machine doesn’t want to get up and move when you step on the pedal
