Is this small leak a big problem? (pic)

I'm looking at buying a 4K hour EX60-2 and the control valve has a very small about of oil seep/ bubbles from under the cap (green arrow) when the travel motors are used. Perhaps a teaspoon every 5 hours(?), its subtle. Anyone know if there is an easy to access seal there or if this is likely a warning sign of a more expensive major problem? There is also a trace of oil on two of the cold boom cylinders, no drips when tested. Again major issue or likely will be stable for a long time and seals could be done by me in the future if needed? I have heard horrer stories about being unable to get the seal pack nut off on the bigger excavators? Not sure if this one would fall into that category. Center joint/drive motors recently rebuilt, unsure if that could have caused the control valve to leak if not done correctly. Other than the above and one broken track roller it seems pretty tight, great shape, the electronics and everything else seems to work very well. I just want to be sure the above leak is not a hidden $2k repair before I buy it. Any thoughts on this? Thanks everyone. Rich

all leaks become big leaks, may need a spanner to cure it, depends on why it is leaking

The guy said he took the cap off and did not see any seal or oring, just a spring. Maybe there's supposed to be one there or I was thinking maybe there's a spindle in there or something within oring around at the bottom of the spring?

pop the cap off, 2 alan bolts size 8 i think, there is a flat rubber o ring inside the edge of the pot if their isn't then there should be, get one that fits and bob's your uncle.
