i need help i have a 773 bobcat last week it ran fine the other day my glow plug would not cycle however it would start, after running for a few minutes the hydraulic pressure warning would go off and the engine would shut down. in the manual it stated that the pressure warning could be due to the fluid not being up to temp. i discovered the glow plug problem was simply a relay unplugged after i plugged it in the glow worked fine except for the fact that it now kicks on when restarting even after the machine is up to temp, never done that before, and the pressure warning is still going off. what could be wrong?

You mentioned "hyd pressure warning", and that the manual says "could be fluid not up to temp", which I have to interpret would mean the pressure sensor is reading excessive pressure in the return circuit, maybe? Could be a failed pressure sensor. But I'd check the hyd filter first, you could have a hyd component failure that has clogged the filter with debris and, if so, you need to find out right now if that's the case. Remove hyd filter keeping as much fluid in it as you can during removal. Then drain filter into a clean open drain pan so you can look for particles. Once you've drained oil from filter, pour some diesel fuel into filter, put your hand over end of filter, then shake the filter to dislodge debris from the filter media. Pour this into open drain pan and, again, check for particles. If there's not much debris, we'll breath a sigh of relief and move on to what might be your problem.

here is where i now stand i cleaned the hydrostatic filter and i still have the warning could it be the case drain filters? the code is telling me hydraulic charge pressure is out of range high, fluid level is fine. maybe due for a complete service? my next service was due at 720hrs i am at 650 hrs?? service the whole machine now or just the hydraulic system now and the rest at 720?

If you didn't find any debris in the hyd filter, that's good. At least you know the problem isn't caused by internal component failure. It also tells us you probably have some kind of electrical or sensor problem. I can't offer much help with that, but there are others here that can. One that comes to mind is bobcatmechanic. Maybe he, or others, will jump in here. If you don't get info soon, you might want to start a new thread with a different title that gives a brief description of you problem, like; "Bobcat 773 pressure problem...Help". The title is what catches peoples eye to look at the thread. Good luck.

Would someone post a diagram, or pic with caption would work as well. Am running (stalling) with same issues.

Replace your charge psi sinder. That is the only thing that will give you that waring.

Cannon, submit a couple more posts to threads and you'll be allowed to start your own thread about your problem, you'll get more respose. Give a good description of what the machine is doing.
