i got 210 with hyd pump problem it work okay untill bottom cyl out then you have to idle eng down to get the pump to start working again any suggestion what look for i think the brake charging valve my causing my problem
Might be a wild stab at it, but maybe the main relief is popping open then not re-seating itself? Haven't really seen anything like that.
I also have a 210 with hyd problems. My hydraulics, steering, loader and backhoe, will not work until the tractor warms up. Early symptoms would be running the backhoe and them no hyd operation. I would bump the boom lever a couple of times and it would go back to working. Now I have to run the tractor for a few minutes and the hyds slowly begin to work. I have a factory manual and cannot seem to find a 'main' relief valve or such. I would appreciate any help. Hud [email protected]
this sound like the problem i am having with the custmor machine i was hoping some one else had this problem so they could tell me what to do
fixithud What is the full model number and serial number of your tractor .I can look it up an check it out.
fixithud i talked to a jcb dealer he said this was a common problem on a 210 it caused by where hyd pump is located it gets air locked they said to checked suction hose the pump to see if the clamps are tigth
I don'thave my ser number.... I think it is 657xxx or so. Thanks for the update on the suction hose. I certainly hope you have gotten ahead with the other machines issues. Hud
I found my problem o ring blowed on main relief i never seen one do what this one done build pressure to spec then after use backhoe while it would lose it then dont move the levers when it does this for 10 sec it would go back working right.
Thanks for posting the "fixed it" reply 1080 bobcat.

What do you need to know? Any hydraulic shop should be able to make a new one (might have to order a very special fitting?). Farm repair places and even Tractor Supply make hoses, they might be able to help you out. I'm guessing from your job description and the pressure rating on that hose (100bar =~ 1,500psi, probably a return hose) that you damaged the hose, instead of blowing it out? Ebay is one place to find manuals. or search online.
thx delmer...i tried local shop @ make 1 they dont got right fitting
Did you try a place that does mostly hydraulics? If they don't have one, they'll be able to order one. If there isn't one nearby, then you can either order the fitting or, if you feel lucky and that is a return hose, you could try fixing it yourself. Emergency use only.
i dr the hose up with some tape they had for 911 fix but after i put line on now cant get buckets to work....do you have to bleed lines or something like that
Did you refill the fluid that leaked out? You're on your own with the tape.
i think i might have got some dirt in the pump im guessn.....cause the lines arent under pressure ,
does anybody know where i can get a manual for a 1997 jcb 210s backhoe or just give me a general location of the hydraulic pump

Most of these fittings are BSPP. NAPA sometimes has them. Usually for anything but JIC or NPT you have to order the fittings and get the hose made. Hose Guys usually have the right fittings to order. Matching fittings is a PITA there are so many different kinds and some are very similar and just because they look alike doesn't mean they fit alike. If the ends are still good the easiest thing to go in a hurry is to splice in a good hose section anyway you can.
got a new hose made ...thx for the info
Did you get a manual? Look on tradebit.
I guess you found the hydraulic pump?
