hello a friend of mine has a quarry to extract the aggregates and feed the selection plant and the crusher uses a hanomag 44d from the 90s. he recently bought a jcb excavator JCB JS 220 LC. the same seller proposed to replace the old hanomag now worn out with a used but still efficient Jcb 457 with little wear and tear it looks good. what do you think of the exchange? what do you think of the jcb loaders for quarry use of 2 -3 cubic meters to feed the quarry systems, it would be a profitable deal, what defects do the jcb have thanks we await advice and clarifications
JCB builds famous construction and farming machinery for years. The 457 loader got a Cummins engine, ZF transmission and axles. Very strong and reliable machine. Transmission ZF 4WG210, or 5WG210 with or w/o lockup clutch depending on age/build date. Lockup clutch definitely worth the money in applications with long distance travels.
honestly a mechanic had recommended a Hitachi of the same size, anyway thanks for your precious intervention, we will treasure your words thanks
