Hi Im working on a JCB 515.40 Telehandler. The original issue was the machine lost all hydraulic functions. I found the coupler between the engine and transmission was bad. I also found a spring in the inching control side of the pump was broken. Now that i have the machine up and moving again, the issue is high range bogs the engine down to the point of damaging the new coupler (you can smell it) and stalling the machine when you move forward or reverse. Its like trying to start a standard car in 5th from a stop. I do not see in the manual any adjustments for this. Low range works as it should. Im wondering if the accumulator is bad and not cushioning the load when its in high range, starting momentum to move the machine. If anyone can suggest any how to adjust/ fix my issue it would be a great help. The pump seems to be very basic, there is a transmission valve under the seat but the service manual i have does not show anything about this valve. Thanks for the help
