While the excavator looks nice and the dealer advertises they have been in business 30 years, there is a risk of the excavator will not meet your expectations if you have not inspected and run it. Recently I ran an excavator with just 250 hours on it that I intended to buy; but did not. If you do not inspect and run the machine your purchase decision will be highly speculative...possibly good and possibly not good.
