Greetings. I have a JCB1400B ser#14BN2037/325454/7 with a SINGLE hamworthy hydraulic pump # PA2207G2B44A 081021/86. I put a seal kit in it but I dont have full confidence in it lasting long because of the wear on the plates. Do any of you JCB Gurus have any experience with aftermarket replacements for these? Back in the day, I could always find plentiful and inexpensive Commercial Pumps or rebuild kits for my old international dozers and loaders with no problem. But I'm not quite as comfortable with this "newer" stuff-lol. Any input on what I could be looking for would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Much-George Michener
I replaced the plates in my double pump and had to search all over creation to find them. Not a bad job though. You might be able to get plates for that single pump. Check with Allbackhoeparts on ebay. Name is Ray. Very helpful.
