I bought an older 290D awhile back, it worked fine for a while but yesterday started to get weak to lift up and today it won't even lift a scoop out of the ground. The other functions seem to be fine. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks day, I talked to their service manager today and came to the conclusion that they charge quite a bit, thought maybe there would be some things that i might be able to check before i went that route
couple of things to weigh when you consider "charge quite a bit".... 1. is this a simple fix, something you're capable of taking care of? 2. how long will it take you to fix, and do you have the expertise to do it? 3. you turning work down, not taking on new work to fix this yourself, not getting promised work done because you maybe not knowing exactly what's wrong?
