SW60269H EMU Tractor VIN TO319DA183195 Fuel Pressure 31 psi @ idle 27 psi @ 2800 no load Codes 237.13 1569.31 In the process of taking to JD to fix 237.13 computer problem. Have replaced all fuel filters, fuel hoses, and checked the check valve, tank pickup, and return for obstructions. What have I overlooked? Is it possible that the problems associated with the 237.13 code is causing the 1569.31? Thanks for any insight or help.
I have also run the clear hose in fuel return with vertical loop test. After 15 minutes run time no bubble. Shut it down and after a while I had a bubble about 1/8"
Welcome to HEF RiverCity ! What specific issue are you having, no cranking, cranking and no start, start and no power, just the 237 code? Fuel pressure codes? Are there any other codes either active or stored? That code is a Vehicle Identification Number code, meaning there is a mismatch of controllers. Has the ECU or EMU been replaced without a software update? This is a manual machine and not an EH, correct?
Yes this is a manual machine and neither the ECU or Emu has been changed. Starts and runs fine except no power. Derate to 68% 237.13 and 1569.31 active No stored codes at this time Also oil and filter change and both air filters changed less than 5hrs ago Thanks
Even though you already have the latest software on your controllers, my recommendation at this time is to have the ECU and the EMU reflashed to see if that resolves the situation.
