Ive got a jd 470 with the isuzu engine. Im having a problem with extreme amounts of air in the fuel at high idle. When running the hydraulics the engine powers down. All fuell filters have been changed all banjo seals and fitting changed and or tightened. Any ideas?
Could be a crack in one of those damn plastic filter housings or possible a blockage in the tank. Can you put a vacuum gauge inline between the tank outlet and primary filter to make sure there is no restriction?
There are no cracks and no visible signs of leakage, unit worked great then all of a sudden the engine began to miss and run rough. Hydraulics have also slowed significantly and drops rpm from 2000 to about 1200 when used.
