Does anyone know if there is or has there ever been built a Tow Truck with the hook /lift mounted to the front of the truck??Or also known as a reverse styl towtruck //
Not that I know of......but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night!
That would be something to see...
They use these articulated cranes all over down in australia. Its not really a tow truck, but kind of like what you're talking about. Its a unique piece of equipment that we just don't see in the states.
Yeah , the FWD could care less what direction it's pullin , tuggin ,or lifting . He gets the paint scuffed up once in awhile but we keep the color in stock for the next job LOL !
After WWII alot of guys bought power wagons with front winches and put ginpolls on the front bumpers. There is a berma Jeep bomb caryer seting in a junk yard that has a set of polls up front close to were i am.Why are you asking about this what would you use it for?
