JLG 1930ES

I have a 2013 JLG 1930ES and cannot figure out why I can't get power to control module. I have replaced batteries, module, battery cable, the entire wiring hatness and new charger and I still can't get the LED light on module to come on. Any suggestions?

    New contactor as well. I have 25.6 volts on one side of the contactor but nothing on the other terminal, is that the way it should be?

    Have you tried jumping across the contactor?

    The contactor should have voltage on the other post once a function is activated. At least that's how it is with the Genie's. Can also run a continuity test between both posts, you should have continuity while activating a control.
